This CD quality Crystal Rainbow crystal bowl healing soundtrack was designed for use with an energy balancing session. It is used quite effectively for yoga, meditation, as an effective sleep aid and during massage sessions. This CD is pure crystal bowl sound and includes no singing or vocal instructions.
Track 1 is 40 minutes (35 MB) and begins progressively from the crown chakra and ends on the root chakra. The tones last for approximately 5 minutes on each of the 7 chakras and 5 minutes on the high heart.

This CD quality 43 minute (40 MB) Crystal Bowl Meditation and Chakra Balancing program begins with opening the root chakra and ends by opening, clearing, and balancing the crown chakra. Approximately 5 minutes is spent on each of the chakras, including the high heart chakra. The sound of each chakra bowl is played, and guided color visualization and breathing practice is sprinkled in to enhance the meditative experience. This meditation is guided by Jay Schwed.

Custom Padded Cases
Carry and store your beautiful new tools in style and safety! Our Crystal Singing Bowl carrying cases are custom-made just for Crystal Tones! Thick padding helps protect your bowls and the elegant gold silk exterior and purple satin lining creates an aura of refinement. These cases are generally designed more for the Alchemy bowls. The Classic bowls are slightly thicker and fit a little tighter in the cases.
PRECAUTIONS: No medical claims are made about the use of crystal bowls. Crystal Bowls do not replace medical advice. If you experience any health problems you should always consult your regular physican. Do not place a person’s head inside a crystal bowl while playing it. Do not strike or play bowl too loudly, especially near a person’s head. Place bowls at least 12 inches apart, or the vibration may shatter a bowl. Bowls may also shatter if several are playing in a small room. Some have noted discomfort or pain if they have metal pins or stainless steel balljoints. Ask before sounding the bowl.
